Lean & Elite

Concept & Market Fit

We begin by identifying game concepts with strong market potential—analyzing successful titles, trends, and player behavior. We define the core gameplay loop, monetization direction, and visual style, aiming for both scalability and retention.

Prototype & Core System Build

Next, we rapidly develop a playable prototype focused on core mechanics (combat, idle loop, progression systems). This phase helps validate engagement and technical feasibility before expanding the scope.

Content Expansion & Live Ops Setup

Once the core is solid, we scale the game by adding layered systems—gacha, resource mines, skill trees, events, etc. We also build backend tools to support live operations, A/B testing, analytics, and in-app purchases.

Soft Launch & Iteration

We release the game in soft launch to test performance, retention, and monetization. Based on real player data, we iterate quickly—tuning difficulty, economy balance, user experience, and ad/revenue strategies before global launch.

Our flagship title, Shadow War, is an Idle RPG with deep progression systems, rich content, and strategic combat—attracting over 200,000 new players each month. Blending accessibility with long-term depth, we focus on delivering experiences that keep players coming back daily. What sets us apart is our relentless focus on player engagement, live ops optimization, and scalable system design. Even without a dedicated game designer, we’ve built a complex and successful ecosystem by combining player feedback, smart analytics, and rapid iteration. As we expand our portfolio, we continue to explore new genres and innovate within the idle and RPG spaces—pushing the limits of what mobile gaming can offer. Whether it’s through meaningful progression systems, unique monetization strategies, or vibrant art styles, our mission is to create games that people love to play—and love to stay with.
